Fallen Timbers will host a SUMMER LEAGUE and a SHORT FALL LEAGUE with the following dates:
SUMMER: Week starting Monday July 10, 2023 and running 12 weeks through Sunday September 24, 2023.
SHORT FALL: Week starting Monday September 25, 2003 and running 6 weeks through November 5, 2023
The SUMMER league is assured 10 weeks of play within the 12 weeks of allotted court time (based upon weather) and the SHORT FALL
league 4 weeks of allotted court time. If either Spring/Summer is unable to play the minimum weeks, based upon Fallen Timbers determination to
close courts, a pro-rata amount of court time will be provided in trade or credit for the following season. The SHORT FALL season will continue until completion (weather depending) before credits are provided until.
If all 10 weeks are met, the remaining weeks are considered “paid in full” and can be played, without additional charge, within the 12 allocated weeks of play. Any conflict with holidays or rain days may be made up, based upon mutual group agreement & based upon availability, during any time.
All fees (as noted on the portal) must be paid, via the portal, in advance of any league play. All players (including substitutes) must sign the on-line portal consent form.
As Fallen Timbers is a licenses liquor facility under Ohio Revised Code 4301.62, no beer, wine or liquor may be brought onto our facility at any time. This is a violation of Ohio Revised Code and we cannot accept liability or loss of our licenses’ for individuals that that will not adhere to this law. Capture of illegal contraband will result in the loss of your privilege without refund.
See the attached league rule page. We strongly suggest adherence to these rules and those provided by the portal. Simply put, accept them or play elsewhere!
SCHEDULES & ROSTERS
Schedules are posted on the portal. All leagues are assigned self-management of the roster and rules as provided there in without exception. After all teams have entered the league (late entries possibly taken) all matches are then posted online. It is the responsibility of all players to know what time their team plays and to be on time. We suggest all captains check the online schedule prior to play to ensure no changes have been made.
Any match forfeit will result in a disqualification of the forfeiting team from league tournament playoffs.
Substitute players can be used on any team for any match during regular season league matches prior to play-offs. All substitute players must be registered on line (with liability waiver) and must be checked in to play for that team for that match. Matches are not delayed for players that are not registered in advance.
