Banquet Hall Rental & Use Conditions
Rental Terms: The term of your hall rental agreement is for up to 6 hours of event time, 2 hours of set-up time, and 1 hour of clean up time, for a total of 9 hours. Bar service ends at 12:30 a.m. Additional time requires approval by Fallen Timbers Fairways. The rental fee and an estimated guest count are due at contract signing to secure your date.
Food & Beverage: All aspects of food and beverage service will be provided by Fallen Timbers Fairways. Ohio law prohibits outside alcohol and/or food from being brought onto the licensed premise. Food pricing is held firm 3 months in advance of your event. Fallen Timbers retains the right to monitor consumption and limit or refuse service as necessary.
Capacity & Equipment: The hall rental provides exclusive access to the banquet hall, restrooms, bar, and porch areas. Included tables, chairs, and coverings will provide for 120 persons in the hall, while the shared bar area holds 24-person seating. Fallen Timbers has an internal sound system for music and microphone use.
Event Host Responsibilities: The host is responsible for any additional tables, chairs, and linens desired. Aspects such as DJs, dance floors, projectors, podiums, table centerpieces, and decorations are at the sole expense of the event host. Confetti and wall hangings are strictly prohibited.
