Fallen Timbers is dedicated to a high standard of beverage and food service for our daily customers and those that choose our banquet services. We strive to be both affordable and convenient but wish everyone to realize our facility is best described as a comfortable and relaxed environment.

Yes, we will host weddings, but during the summer months our golf course will remain open, and our offerings will be limited to what you see here. We believe our better banquet functions are class reunions, graduation/retirement parties, holiday functions, birthday/family gatherings as well as “informal” but important fundraising events.  We have hosted hundreds of all over the past 25 years and we will be happy to address your needs!

BANQUET FEES

Hall Rental Fees

(Please read the Hall Rental Terms to understand what these fees cover)

  • Monday-Thursday: A.M. $150.00 or $3.00 p.p. (whichever is less)
  • Friday: A.M. $250.00 or $3.50 p.p. (whichever is less) (non-wedding)
  • Saturday: A.M. $350.00or $4.00 p.p. (whichever is less) (non-wedding)
  • Sunday: A.M. $250.00 or $3.50 p.p. (whichever is less) (non-wedding)
  • Weekend Wedding Package: $650.00      
    Includes Friday PM. set up, 9 AM access the day of for decorations/cake/DJ set up etc. and Sundy by noon clean-up & all applicable offerings in the hall rental agreement.                                                  

HALL RENTAL TERMS:

The Hall Rental Fee shall cover the following:

  1. 50% of the hall rental fee is due to book the hall for your function on your desired date. This is non-refundable. The balance is due the day of the event.
  2. A period of no more than 6 hours on the date of rental, to include any set-up, the time for the event and any necessary clean-up. Additional time, as approved by Fallen Timbers and based upon availability, will be charged at the rate of $75.00 per hour. (except as provided for in the Saturday Wedding Package)
  3. The hall rental fee includes tables and chairs with pre-set table coverings for 144 persons (18-90′ rounds w/ 8 persons per round). The layout desired will influence the actual number that can be hosted. 5-8’ long tables for food service/gifts/cake, etc. will also be provided with pre-set table coverings. If additional tables/chairs/linens are desired, they will be the responsibility of you, the host, to provide or via additional fees per the hall rental agreement with Fallen Timbers.
    The hall can legally hold 175 people but exceeding the aforementioned 144 will require approval of Fallen Timbers and will be largely based on the style and needs of the event you desire (ie. table grazing functions can easily meet the base 144-person limit but head tables, dance floors, gift tables, photo table, DJ’s multiple desert tables will reduce the number capable). You will find it helpful to discuss your plans with us prior to the day of your event to avoid any disappointments.
  4. Fallen Timbers will also provide an internal sound/music system for your use within our parameters, but all other services or needs will be at the discretion of the host to provide and arrange for. This includes but is not limited to; dance floors, disc jockeys, live music, projectors, accent lighting, podiums, table decorations/centerpieces, floral arrangements. NO CONFETTI IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM WILL BE ALLOWED.
  5. Fallen Timbers will be responsible for all aspects of food management and service including food settings, chaffers and any other aspects to provide proper service. Dessert service, with agreement, may be provided from an outside licensed purveyor.

  7. No homemade or store-bought food products may be served at any time.
  8. At no time, or under any circumstance, will outside beer, wine or liquor, or any facsimile thereof be allowed to be brought onto the Fallen Timbers premises as this would be a violation of Ohio State liquor laws and will result in confiscation of the same and or termination of the hall rental agreement.

BANQUET BAR SERVICES:

Fallen Timbers will provide all services including bartenders, beer, wine and mixed drinks (except on Sundays for grain alcohol). Fallen Timbers will be responsible for service limitations for any individual that is underage or deemed to have had more than the appropriate consumption of alcohol.

UNLIMITED SOFT BEVERAGES: Coffee, brewed tea and fountain soft drinks (coke products) for the length of your event @ $2.00 p.p.

CASH BAR: You simply allow your patrons to pay as they go.

LIMITED OPEN BAR: We will allow you, as the host, to provide a limited amount of service that you will pay for (beer, wine and soft beverages are typical) while we allow your guests to purchase other offerings, if they desire.

OPEN BAR: You, as the host, shall provide full bar service to your patrons, for a limited period of time or for the duration of your event.

TICKETS FOR SOME OR ALL OF THE BAR OFFERINGS: You, as the host, shall provide a pre-set number of beverage tickets to your guest that we will provide. The tickets may be for specified offerings, or any offerings approved by the host and once utilized, the host will be charged for the item(s) purchased. Once your guests have used their allotted tickets the bar will become a cash bar for your guest as they desire.
Non-cash bar service will be charged a 7.75% state sales tax and an 18% gratuity.

FOOD TRUCKS:

Food trucks must be approved, in advance, by Fallen Timbers. A $100.00 fee shall be paid to Fallen Timbers and all costs associated with the food truck operator will be the sole responsibility of the renting party.

Verification of the food truck operator’s approval and license with the Lucas County Health Department will be required prior to approval by Fallen Timbers.  If Fallen Timbers is required to hold/handle/serve/dispense or package or deems any of the aforementioned a requirement based upon an observation of a lack of proper procedures per health code requirements a flat fee of $125.00 + $50.00 per hour will be incurred by the host.
